I was named COO at Sol by a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with multiple successful exits, where I lead technical teams and operations. Prior to that, I was an early builder at Praxis, a scale nonprofit led by an ex-IDEO designer, where I was Director of an Entrepreneur-in-Residence program and established operating playbooks that continue to power growth at ventures like Cloverleaf, Kangsters, and Turaco.

I’m an operator drawn to proven innovators and bold ideas. I understand how capital forms and moves, having worked on fundraising efforts that secured $10M in venture capital from firms such as Initialized and Founders Fund, alongside work with high-net-worth donors at Praxis that drove 20% YoY growth.
